POLICIES

EXPECTED DELIVERY:

A date/date span or no rush entry will be required for each order. This is to better ensure your order arrives when wanted/needed. This information is very important for me as I can get a lot of orders at one time, especially around holidays. This helps me to plan my days more efficiently.

Please enter a date needed by if you need to receive your order by a specific date. You can enter "no rush" if your order can wait a little longer. Please do not enter ASAP. If ASAP is entered, those orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received.


SHIPPING
:

Most orders will be shipped using FedEx. For orders taking longer than 3 days via FedEx, the USPS will be used to ship.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for any order that is lost, delivered to an incorrect address or considerably delayed due to the fault of any shipping company. Issues such as weather or inaccurate and/or slow package handling can impact shipments beyond our control and we have no control over the packages once the shipping company has them in their possession. Tracking information will be provided to all buyers.

If you need RUSH delivery service, I will try my best to accommodate you, so please message me. FedEx 2-Day or USPS Express Mail can be an option, if requested,  at an additional cost to the buyer to cover either of these faster shipping services. Please keep in mind both these services are quite costly.


CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations will only be accepted within a 24 hour period after the order has been placed. If, during the 24 hour period, the baking process has already begun, or ingredients have been purchased, cancellations cannot be accepted.


RETURNS:

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted under any condition. If you are not happy with the product you ordered and received, please message me the reason you are not satisfied so I can work with you. It is my goal to achieve a 100% satisfaction rate.
