Slightly crispy on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside, these Homemade Root Beer Float Cookies are amazing. The Ghirardelli white chocolate chips give these cookies a rich vanilla ice cream taste, and they are full of root beer flavor.

One order includes 30 of these wonderful cookies which are baked to order and shipped fresh every time. Each cookie is approximately 2 1/2" in diameter. Cookie sizes vary. Cookies are best consumed within 1-5 days after receipt.
